Announcement for the MODEST-5c 6-day Master Class on
SIMULATING NEWTONIAN SYSTEMS

You receive this message because you have informed the organizers about your intended participation to the school AND the application committee has accepted you as a participant.

This email will contain a number of practical tips, how to get your registration finalized, how to pay the registration fee and information on the hotel and the school itself. Near the bottom of this message there is also a questionnaire (to be returned by April 1).

The school will be held from July 24 to July 30 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Lectures are given at Astronomical Institute 'Anton Pannekoek' and Section Computational Science University of Amsterdam Kruislaan 403 1098 SH, Amsterdam

Final registration confirmation:

It is now time to finalize your registration to the Master Class. This should be done by paying the registration fee.

* Early registration; by April 1st: 200Euro.
* Later registration; after April 1st: 250Euro.

* Reservation for the StayOkay Hostel: Add 200Euro.
* Rental bike for the week: Add 25Euro.
* School banquet: Add 25Euro.

Note that we will make a block reservation for you from Sunday July 24 until Saturday July 30 (6 days)
This includes breakfast and lunch for the week. But you have to bring your own towel (sorry).


WARNING: For registration after April 20 we cannot guarantee the hotel to have spare rooms left.

If you want to make your own hotel reservations, please look on the MODEST-5c web site to check out other options.

If you want to extend your stay (beyond July 30) or come early (before July 24) you should make your own arrangements for the extra days.
