Alternatively you can transfer the money by VISA card (adds a 5% surcharge). If you pay by Visa please send the following information either by email to secr-astro@science.uva.nl, by fax +31 20 5257484 or by telephone (+31 20 5257491):

• Your name as it appears on the card
• the card number
• the period of validity (expiration date)

Note that a 5% surcharge will be added to the amount if you pay by VISA
